Of course, this is part of the main plot with The Terror Construct Event:  The Terror Construct (Event)The heroes and heroines, those integrated with the Guardians, ones who were simply in reserve and independents who were invited in light of the new evidence of the threat to the city, were gathered together in an auditorium in the Guardians’s headquarters.  There were police and security forces as well, and they were just as confused about the situation as the meta humans.
Everybody was talking, trying to glean some reason for the sudden blasts of Emails, phone calls and other attempts at communication.  Some thought it was an attempt to press gang the city’s meta human population into the Guardians organization.  Others figured it was some kind of seminar.  All the message said was that it was urgent.
Once everybody was seated and had a few minutes to get situated, Ultra Man stepped out onto the stage with Cedric Grey in tow.  He turned on the microphone and called for the audience to be quiet.  After a few minutes, the din of voices died down

So, sorry this took me a couple weeks.  As I said in my Midwest Chronicles chapter, the past couple weeks have been full of static and white noise and it's been irritating the Hell out of me.

But, through discussions with Levia, a good chunk of this was plotted out, so I was able to muscle through the chapter.

After this, I'm going into combat with the Siege...  Fair warning, some of our heroes are going to get hurt.
